XOOPIC needs xgrafix - get that first, and it should be the same 
version as the xoopic you want to build

version 20090206 fixes many build issues in earlier revisions, but
will only compile cleanly on gcc <= 4.2

version 20091028 patches the build issues on gcc >= 4.3 and fixes
deprecated behavior in string casts, but is relatively untested as yet

In general: sh run_conf.sh; make && make install
